Joseph Sparano, M.D.

Joseph Sparano is Professor of Medicine & Women's Health at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Associate Chairman for Clinical Research in the Department of Oncology at Montefiore Medical Center, and Director of Breast Evaluation Center at the Montefiore-Einstein Cancer Center. He also serves as associate chairman of the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG), vice chairman of the AIDS Malignancy Consortium, vice chair of the ECOG Breast Cancer Committee, and chair of the New York Cancer Consortium (NYCC). He is medical oncologist whose expertise is in breast cancer, with a particular interests in developmental therapeutics and molecular profiling.
