You must make your lodging reservation no later than Friday, July 3, 2009, to receive the group rate of $149.00 excluding tax (14.85% tax) for a single room. When making your reservations, please identify yourself as part of the CMS Train-the-Trainer Meeting. In addition, inform the reservationist of any special requirements you may have. Reservations made after Friday, July 3, 2009, are not guaranteed at the group rate; sleeping rooms will then be based on availability. You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12 noon.

From Denver International Airport (40 minutes/23 miles):
Exit at Pena Boulevard to I-70 west. Proceed to I-25 south. Exit at Speer Boulevard south and proceed on Speer Boulevard. Turn left onto Lawrence Street. Turn right onto 17th Street. Turn left on Welton Street. The Grand Hyatt Denver is located on the right.

From Points West:
Take I-70 west to I-25 south. Follow I-25 south to Speer Boulevard south (to Downtown). Continue on Speer Boulevard and turn left onto Lawrence Street. Follow Lawrence Street and turn right onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Welton Street. The hotel is on the right.

From Points East:
Take I-70 east to I-25 south. Follow I-25 south to Speer Boulevard south (to Downtown). Continue on Speer Boulevard and turn left onto Lawrence Street. Follow Lawrence Street and turn right onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Welton Street. The hotel is on the right.

From Points North:
