You must make your lodging reservation no later than Tuesday, September 29, 2009, to receive the group rate of $161.00 (excluding 6% sales tax and 7.5% local room tax) for a single room. When making your reservation, please identify yourself as part of the CMS Train-the-Trainer Meeting. In addition, inform the reservationist of any special requirements you may have. Reservations made after Tuesday, September 29, 2009, are not guaranteed at the group rate; sleeping rooms will then be based on availability. You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.

  • Merge onto MD-295N via Exit 2A toward I-695/Baltimore
  • Turn right onto W. Pratt Street

  • Exit the airport to GW Parkway North
  • Merge onto I-395 North toward Washington
  • Keep left and take I-295 South
  • Keep left and take Southeast Freeway
