Please call the Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf at 1-800-942-7348 to make your hotel reservation. You must make your lodging reservation no later than Friday, July 17, 2009, to receive the group rate of $164.00, excluding tax (14% tax), for a single room. When making your reservations, please identify yourself as part of the CMS Train-the-Trainer Meeting. In addition, inform the reservationist of any special requirements you may have. Reservations made after Friday, July 17, 2009, are not guaranteed at the group rate; sleeping rooms will then be based on availability. You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the hotel directly within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival date.

Directions to the Hotel
From San Francisco International Airport
Follow Highway 101 north. Take the Mission Street/Van Ness Avenue exit. Follow Van Ness Avenue for three miles. Turn right onto North Point Street. Continue on North Point Street for four blocks until you arrive at a three-way intersection at North Point Street, Columbus Avenue, and Leavenworth Street. The Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf will be on the left, at 1300 Columbus Avenue.
From I-80 Westbound
Cross the Bay Bridge into San Francisco. Take The Embarcadero and Harrison Street Exit on the left side of the Bay Bridge. Turn right on Harrison Street. Turn left on The Embarcadero. Turn left onto North Point Street. Continue onto 1300 Columbus Avenue. The Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf will be on the immediate right.
From Oakland International Airport
Take I-880 north toward Downtown Oakland. Take the I-580 west exit toward San Francisco. Take the I-80 West exit to San Francisco, and continue across the Bay Bridge. Take The Embarcadero and Harrison Street Exit on the left side of the Bay Bridge. Turn right on Harrison Street. Turn left on The Embarcadero. Turn left onto North Point Street. Continue onto 1300 Columbus Avenue. The Holiday Inn Fisherman's Wharf will be on the immediate right.
Ground Transportation:
- Taxi one-way fare from San Francisco International Airport to the hotel is approximately $45-$55.
- Shared ride shuttle service is available using SuperShuttle. Proceed to the upper level and outside to the curb. Follow the SuperShuttle signs to get to the SFO Airport agent (in teal green jackets) and they will arrange your SuperShuttle transportation to your destination. Wait for your van at Terminal 1 (across from Air Canada) or Terminal 3 across from United door #3. The cost is approximately $17 one way.
- From Oakland International Airport, shared ride shuttle service is available using SuperShuttle. Advance reservations are required. Please call (800) BLUE-VAN (258-3826) to make a reservation. Upon arrival call the same (800) number, select option 1 and provide your reservation number. Wait for your SuperShuttle van across from Terminal 1, shelter number 3, at the "Door to Door Reservation" zone. The cost is approximately $27 one way.
