You must make your lodging reservation no later than Monday, August 2, 2010, to receive the group rate of $107.00 per night, excluding tax (15.225%), for a single or double room. Be sure to inform the reservation agent at the time of booking of any special requirements you may have.
Rooms at the group rate are based on availability at the time of booking. Reservations made after Monday, August 2, 2010, are not guaranteed at the group rate and will be based on availability and the prevailing rate at the time of booking.
