Please call the DoubleTree Hotel Philadelphia at 215-893-1600 to make your hotel reservation. You must make your lodging reservation no later than Tuesday, July 6, 2010, to receive the group rate of $153.00 per night, excluding tax (15.2%) for a single, double, triple, or quad room. When making your reservations, please reference the following group booking code: CMS Train-the-Trainer. Be sure to inform the reservation agent of any special requirements you may have at the time of booking.

Rooms at the group rate are based on availability at the time of booking. Reservations made after Tuesday, July 6, 2010, are not guaranteed at the group rate and will be based on availability and prevailing rate at the time of booking.

You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out of the hotel.

  • Lady Liberty Airport Shuttle provides shared shuttle service from Philadelphia International Airport to the DoubleTree Hotel Philadelphia. Upon arrival at the airport, locate the courtesy phones in the baggage claim area. Dial #27 to contact Lady Liberty. The agent will direct you to the boarding location for the shuttle.

From Philadelphia International Airport

  • Take I-95 north to Exit 17 (PA-611 north/Broad Street Exit).
  • Continue north on Broad Street for approximately 3 miles.
  • The hotel is located on the right side, 1 block past Spruce Street at the corner of Broad and Locust Streets.

From Baltimore, Washington, and Points South

  • Take I-95 north past the Philadelphia International Airport following the signs to the Broad Street exit.
  • Take Broad Street north and follow Broad Street for about 3 miles. The hotel is on the corner of Broad and Locust Streets.

From New York, New Jersey, and Points Northeast (via NJ Turnpike)

  • Take the New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 4 (Philadelphia/Camden exit).
  • Take 73 north to 38 west.
  • Follow signs to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
  • Once over the bridge, follow signs for 676 west.
  • Take 676 west to Broad Street/Central Philadelphia.
  • Exit onto 15th Street heading south.
  • Take 15th Street (approx 7 blocks) and turn left onto Locust Street.
  • Take Locust Street 1 block to Broad Street.
  • The hotel is located directly in front of you at the corner of Broad and Locust Streets.

From Harrisburg, Hershey, and Points West

  • Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike east to Exit 24 (Valley Forge).
  • Get onto 76 east, following signs to the Central Philadelphia exit.
  • Take Vine Street (I-676) to the Broad Street exit and turn right onto 15th Street.
  • Follow 15th Street and turn left onto Locust Street.
  • Go 1 block to Broad Street, and the hotel is on the corner.
