Please take a few minutes to review the following information and click here to access online registration.

All registrations must be completed online no later than Friday, February 26, 2010. Upon submission of your completed registration, BLS will email you a confirmation of receipt.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOW:

• SEER Central Registry Staff—Priority Registration
  Online registration available starting January 19, 2010
  Note: Central registry staff will be given priority until January 27, 2010.

• Hospital-Based Registrars Working in SEER Regions—Remaining Available Seating
  Online registration available starting January 27, 2010
  Note: Any registration submitted before January 27, 2010, by hospital-based registrars will NOT be processed!

• All Other Registrars—Remaining Available Seating
  Online registration available starting February 1, 2010
  Note: Any registration submitted before February 1, 2010, by registrars who do not work in SEER regions will NOT be processed!

Registration closes on February 26, 2010.
