INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Scholarship requests are no longer being accepted.
Abstract submission deadline has been extended to March 13, 2007.
We invite you to submit an abstract of current work for discussion or illustration of specific methodological approaches.
STEP 1: Write and format your abstract according to the following instructions:
Abstracts should be a maximum number of 400 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations) and structured as follows:
Title (Followed by one return.)
Authors (Abstract presenter must underline his/her name. First Name followed by Middle Initial, if preferred, and Last Name. Use superscripts to link authors with institutions. Follow author list with one return.)
Authors’ Affiliation (List affiliated institutions. Follow with one return.)
Background
Methods
Results
Conclusion
Provide any grant acknowledgments for your research at the end of your abstract.
STEP 2: Submit your abstract via e-mail to Linda Onaga at lonaga@gwu.edu.
STEP 3: Abstracts will be reviewed by the Planning Committee. You will be notified regarding the status of your abstract no later than March 19, 2007.
Additional information (size requirements, poster display location, etc.) will be conveyed thereafter to authors of accepted abstracts.
