HOTEL RESERVATIONS
A limited block of rooms has been arranged at the Capital Hilton Hotel for arrival on Tuesday, October 9 and departure on Friday, October 12, 2007 at a rate of $243.75 plus 14.5% tax ($279.09) per night. Please contact Hilton Reservations at 1-800-HILTONS or 202-393-1000 and reference the National Institute on Aging room block to reserve your sleeping room. The cut-off date to schedule your reservation is September 10, 2007. Guest room availability and group rates cannot be guaranteed after this date. Please make every effort to reserve your room early, as the limited room block may fill quickly.

Reservation Guarantee/Deposits
The Capital Hilton Hotel requires a pre-paid first night's deposit to guarantee all reservations. Checks and major credit cards are accepted to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay will be charged for one night’s room and tax ($279.09) immediately. You will be responsible for settling all charges before checking out of the hotel.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a loss of payment for one night’s lodging. If you cancel your reservation (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of your reservation date), obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

EARLY DEPARTURE CHARGE NOTIFICATION
In the event a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the guest's reserved departure date, the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $75.00 to the guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the hotel at or before the time of check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
