LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS: A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel at the prevailing Government rate of $237.02 per night for single occupancy, and $248.47 per night for double occupancy. Please note that a major credit card will be required upon hotel arrival. NOTE: Should your plans change unexpectedly and you are unable to attend the meeting, you must contact the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel directly at 202-582-1234 at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Please note that the maximum height is 6'5" for all parked vehicles. Parking for oversized vehicles is available at the Marriott Metro Center for $35.00 per day or at Union Station for $15.00 per day. Guests who choose self-parking may take the elevator from the garage to the Washington Center Building, which is conveniently connected to the hotel. Please be aware that there is limited self-parking available. In the event that the garage is full, the U Street Parking lot is across the street at 900 9th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. This lot is open to the public. The cost to park is $16 for 1–10 hours or $20 overnight. U Street Parking can be reached at 202-265-0010. Please be aware that cash only is accepted. |
