Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel
A limited block of rooms has been arranged at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel at a discounted rate of $201.00 (excluding 13% tax) per night for a single-occupancy room.  The room block is reserved for arrival on June 24 and departure on June 27. The group rate will be offered on an availability basis for any dates outside of the reserved block dates.

Please make your hotel reservations by Friday, May 23, 2008.  After the cutoff date, the availability of reservations or rates cannot be guaranteed. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a direct credit card charge of 1 night’s lodging.  If you cancel your reservation, obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

Hotel check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 12:00 noon.

Guest Parking
Valet parking is available to meeting attendees and Hyatt guests.  The current cost is $15 per day for non-overnight guests and $20 per day for overnight guests.  Parking availability in the hotel garage is limited.  All available parking options are subject to change due to availability. 

Ground Transportation
The Hyatt Regency is located approximately 30 minutes from Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and approximately 50 minutes from both Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) Airports.

By Taxi:  Taxi fare from Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately $35.00, and from Dulles International and BWI Marshall is $50.00 and $55.00, respectively.

By Shuttle:  SuperShuttleTM provides ground transportation service from all three airports.  For more information or reservations, call 1 (800) 258-3826.  The approximate cost for one-way shuttle service from each airport is as follows:

Reagan Washington National	$17.00
Dulles International	$20.00
BWI Marshall	$24.00

By Automobile:

Dulles—Take the Dulles Access Road east to I-495 north. Exit at Wisconsin Avenue (Route 355 south).  The hotel is approximately 2½ miles on the right.

BWI Marshall—Take I-95 south to I-495 west toward Silver Spring.  Take the Rockville/Bethesda exit.  Stay in the right lane after exiting I-495.  Make a left at the light onto Wisconsin Avenue.  The hotel is approximately 2½ miles on the right.

By Metro
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Metro) provides transit service to the Bethesda area. Our area subway system (Metrorail) operates from Reagan Washington National Airport.  If interested, you may take the Yellow Line train from Reagan Washington National Airport to the Gallery Place Station.  Upon arrival at Gallery Place, transfer to the Red Line train marked Shady Grove or Grosvenor and exit at the Bethesda Metro Station.
