The National Health Service Corps will cover the cost of your room and tax during the conference. A guestroom will be reserved in your name for arrival Friday, June 10, and departure Sunday, June 12. Any stay outside of these dates will be the responsibility of the individual traveler. Travelers will need to indicate their sleeping room preference and any special needs on the registration form. Although the cost of your accommodations will be covered, a personal credit card will be required to guarantee your room reservation. This credit card will only be charged in the case of incidentals or additional hotel services such as room service, pay-per-view movies, or other specialty services.
