Important Reminders

The NHSC will provide travel, lodging, a meal allowance, and registration fees for approved Ambassadors only. If you are unsure of your eligibility or have questions regarding funding, please call the NHSC logistics contractor, BLS, at 800-676-8785, ext. 64, or e-mail at ambassador2009@blseamon.com.

• Register early! Friday, June 5, 2009, is the deadline for registration
  
  
• Attendance is required for all conference sessions, including meal functions
  
  
• Make your travel arrangements within 72 business hours of registering for the conference, but no later than Monday, June 8, 2009
