Guests should call 1-877-222-2266 or 202-429-2400 to make reservations. When calling to make your reservation, please reference the meeting name: CDC Tracking Conference. A credit card will be required to guarantee lodging. The cutoff date to make your reservation is Monday, February 2, 2009. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and the rate cannot be guaranteed. The conference rate is available from February 22 to February 26 for your convenience. You will be responsible for settling all charges before checking out of the hotel. You may check in anytime after 4:00 p.m. You must check out by 1:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of departure.
