The registration date for the conference has been extended.

Payment is due at the time of registration and is accepted in the form of credit card. Registrations not accompanied by payment are considered pending until payment is received.
Early Bird Registration Fee: $175 (until January 1, 2009)
Registration Fee after January 1, 2009: $225 (closes February 9, 2009)
Onsite Registration Fee: $275 (February 24–26, 2009)
Registrations received by the registration deadline and accompanied by full payment will be confirmed with an automatic e-mail registration confirmation. This registration confirmation should be used as your payment receipt. E-mail Tanya DeVonish at email@example.com if you do not receive a confirmation.
Cancellations and Refunds
Your participation may be cancelled and refunds issued, minus a $25 processing fee, if written cancellation notification is received no later than Monday, February 9, 2009. Please submit your cancellation notice via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by regular mail to 9001 Edmonston Road, Suite 200, Greenbelt, MD 20770, Attention: Tanya DeVonish.
Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after Monday, February 9, 2009. In addition, refunds will not be granted for failure to attend, late arrivals, or early departures. Substitutions can be made at any time; however, only substitutions received prior to Monday, February 9, 2009, will be included on the participant list.
