To secure your lodging please call (305) 374-0000 or central reservations at (800) 333-3333 by March 8, 2005.

A block of rooms has been set aside at the hotel listed below. In order to receive the group rate of $138.00 plus tax (13%) for a single room, you must call the hotel no later than the deadline date listed below to make your reservation. When making your reservation, please identify yourself as part of the “CTU RFA Pre-Application Meeting.”

You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out of the hotel. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

To cancel your reservation, please call the hotel directly at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a direct credit card charge of 1 night's lodging. If you must cancel your reservation, please obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

Parking
Parking at the hotel is $9.00 per day for self-parking, and $19.00 per day for valet parking.

Driving Directions
The Radisson Miami Hotel is located at 16th Street and Biscayne Boulevard.

From Miami International Airport:
Follow airport exit signs to State Road 112 toward Miami Beach. Continue approximately 4 miles through the toll plaza (50 cents) and follow the signs to I-195 East (Miami Beach). Exit at Biscayne Boulevard (second exit, 1/2 mile). At the traffic light, turn left onto Biscayne Boulevard. The hotel will be on your left at 16th Street and Biscayne Boulevard.

From Fort Lauderdale Airport:
Follow signs to 595 West, then I-95 South. Take I-95 South to Exit 5, which is I-395 East. Continue on I-395 for approximately 1/2 mile and exit at Biscayne Boulevard. Turn left onto Biscayne Boulevard. The hotel is 4 blocks ahead on the right at 16th Street.

From Interstate 95:
Exit onto I-395 East to Biscayne Boulevard. Follow Biscayne Boulevard north to 16th Street.
