A block of rooms has been set aside at the hotel listed below. In order to receive the group rate of $153.00 plus tax (12%) for a single room, you must call the hotel no later than the deadline date listed below to make your reservation. When making your reservation, please identify yourself as part of the “ CTU RFA Pre-Application Meeting ”, meeting code BSM5. The cutoff date for reservations is Monday, February 28, 2005 (accommodations at the quoted rate cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.)

You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out of the hotel. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 noon.

To cancel your reservation, please call the hotel directly at least 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a direct credit card charge of 1 night's lodging. If you must cancel your reservation, please obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

The Four Points by Sheraton Bethesda is within walking distance of the Natcher Conference Center, which is located on the campus of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the NIH Campus.
