In order to receive the group rate of US$115.00 (approximately 4415.05 THB) for a single room, your reservation must be secured through B L Seamon Corporation, logistics coordinator for the meeting organizer. Please complete and return the Lodging Reservation Form via fax to +1-301-577-5261 or via e-mail to Lgail@blseamon.com no later than Tuesday, March 22, 2005, to make your reservation. A nonrefundable deposit of 1 night's lodging, secured via credit card, is required when you schedule your reservation.
You will be responsible for settling all charges (room rate, tax, and incidentals) upon checking out of the hotel. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
Early Departure Fee
You will have an opportunity to review your departure date at check-in and to update your departure information at that time. In the event you check out prior to your confirmed checkout date, the hotel will bill an Early Departure Fee equivalant to 1 night's room rate to your credit card upon checkout.
