Please make your hotel reservations by Friday, November 17, 2006. After the cutoff date, a reservation cannot be guaranteed. After this date, the hotel will accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis.

Room Deposit - A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

The Clarion Hotel Bethesda Park is located approximately 30 minutes from Reagan National Airport and approximately 50 minutes from Dulles and Baltimore/Washington International (BWI) Airports.

By Taxi: Taxi fare from Reagan National Airport to the Holiday Inn Select Bethesda is approximately $21.00, from Dulles is $40.00, and from BWI is approximately $52.00.

By Shuttle: SuperShuttleTM provides ground transportation service from all three airports. For more information and to make a reservation in advance, call 1 (800) 258-3826. The approximate cost for one-way shuttle service from each airport is:

By Metro: Metrorail, our area subway system, stops at Reagan National Airport. You may take the Yellow Line from Reagan National Airport to the Gallery Place/Chinatown Station in Washington, D.C.. Upon arrival at Gallery Place/Chinatown, transfer to the Red Line train marked Shady Grove or Grosvenor, and exit at the Medical Center Station. The one-way fare is approximately $2.70.

By Automobile (from area airports):

Reagan National Airport—Take the George Washington Parkway to I-495 North, to Exit 34 South. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. The hotel is on the right.

Dulles—Take the Dulles Access Road to I-495 North to Exit 34 South. Travel approximately 1.5 miles. The hotel is on the right.

BWI—Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (I-295) to I-195, then take I-95 South to I-495 West. Exit at the Rockville/Bethesda exit. Stay in the right lane. At the light, turn left onto Route 355. Proceed approximately 2 miles. The hotel is on the right.

Parking is an additional $11.00 per night for overnight guests and $14.00 per day for local attendees.
