Reception and Registration for Conference Hotel Guests
To welcome our conference guests with lodging at, the Atlanta Marriott Century Center Hotel will host a reception in the Marriott lobby on Tuesday, August 28, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. For the convenience of guests staying there, we will also be opening conference registration at the hotel on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 pm. Conference registration will resume the following morning at the GCC.

A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for check-in on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, and checkout on Thursday, August 30, 2007. The room rate is $122.08 ($109.00 room rate + 12% sales tax). As a courtesy to our guests, the room rate will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting date on a space available basis. Hotel arrangements should be confirmed by Friday, August 3. After this date, sleeping room availability or room rate can not be guaranteed.
To confirm a reservation, please contact the hotel directly and reference the “HCM Conference.” A major credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. Please ensure that you obtain a confirmation number for your records. If you must cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel immediately and obtain a cancellation number for your records. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 1 night of lodging to your credit card.
Please be advised that this hotel is a non-smoking property. The policy includes all guestrooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, and public space. Smoking is permitted outside of the hotel in areas furnished with ash and cigarette receptacles. As part of the hotel’s policy, a recovery fee of $250.00 will be assessed if smoking is detected in any guestroom. More information is available through the hotel's front desk.
Complimentary parking is provided for guests that are driving to the conference.
Hotel check-in is 3:00 p.m. and checkout is 12:00 noon.
