Updated transportation information!
Conference shuttles from hotel:
Shuttles between the conference hotel-Atlanta Marriott Century Center Hotel and the GCC will run at the beginning and end of each conference day.
On Thursday, August 30, shuttles will also be provided to take guests from the GCC to the airport after the closing plenary. (For those who have not already made travel arrangements, we recommend making flight reservations for 6 pm or later.)
Detailed shuttle schedules will be available at the hotel.
Getting to the GCC on your own:
For those who choose to drive to the GCC, plan to arrive early to allow time for your car to be inspected, and be advised that visitor parking is limited. Driving directions to the GCC and brief visitor parking and security information are available at http://www.cdc.gov/gcc/exhibit/directions.htm.
For those interested in taking public transportation to the conference, you will find MARTA directions to the GCC at http://www.cdc.gov/gcc/exhibit/directions.htm.
The hotel is located approximately 35 minutes from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the ground transportation area for taxi and shuttle options. For your safety, use only authorized vehicles with the airport decal affixed to the bumper and authorized drivers with airport identification badges.
MARTA
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) provides convenient rail service from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport to many points in Atlanta.
From the airport, meeting participants may board the Doraville train traveling north and disembark at the Brookhaven Station. Once at the station, contact the hotel front desk at 404- 325-0000 to receive the complimentary shuttle service. Please note the hotel shuttle is available to all guests of the hotel, and is based upon availability.
The entrance to MARTA's Airport Station is located inside the western end of the airport's main terminal, near the baggage claim area. Estimated one-way fare from the airport to the hotel is $2.25.

In general, shuttles drop off guests at their designated airline’s curbside check-in and pick up guests at the ground transportation area on the west side of the airport.

Estimated one-way taxi fare from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport to the Atlanta Marriott Century Center is $45.00.
Driving Directions
From the airport, travel Interstate 85 North to Clairmont Road (Exit 91). From the exit ramp, turn left onto Clairmont Road. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Century Boulevard and proceed to the stop sign. The Marriott Atlanta Century Center is located in the right.
