Once you have completed your "Stay Information," scroll to the bottom of the page and enter the "Group/Convention Code" NCW to receive our group rate.

Your reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Please be prepared to provide your credit card information when you call the hotel.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow any policy set forth by the hotel at the time you make your reservation. If you cancel your reservation, it is important to obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

The DoubleTree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center Bethesda is located just 15 miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), 27 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and approximately 38 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

By Metro: Metrorail, our area subway system, stops at National Airport. You may take the Yellow Line from National Airport to the Gallery Place/Chinatown Station, in Washington, D.C. Upon arrival at Gallery Place/Chinatown, transfer to the Red Line train marked Shady Grove or Grosvenor, and exit at the Medical Center Metro. The one-way fare is approximately $4.00. The DoubleTree provides free shuttle service from the Medical Center Metro on the Red Line.
