Upon receipt of your completed registration form, a guestroom will be reserved in your name at the conference hotel.A credit card to guarantee all reservations and to cover the costs for unauthorized cancellations or no-shows is required to make your reservation.  In addition, your credit card is required at check-in to cover incidental room charges such as room service, phone calls, pay-per-view movies, etc. Your credit card will be charged only for unauthorized cancellations, no-shows, and incidental room charges. If you do not have a credit card to cover incidental room charges at check-in, a cash deposit of $50.00 per night will be required. For non-sponsored participants, specific lodging costs are listed below for your convenience.
Please do not contact the hotel directly to make your reservation.  All lodging arrangements must be made through B L Seamon Corporation.

You should plan to arrive by 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2008.

Lodging for sponsored participants will be paid by NHSC for authorized nights only. For non-sponsored participants and those sponsored participants who wish to stay on their own, the lodging rate at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel is $109.76 ($98 + 12% tax) per night for a single-occupancy room. The cutoff date for lodging reservations is July 9, 2008.

LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact B L Seamon immediately to avoid a direct credit card charge of 1 night's lodging.  Cancellations after Monday, July 28, should be made directly with the hotel. If you cancel your reservation, obtain a cancellation number for your records. (You must provide a cancellation number for any disputed charges.)
