The National Cancer Registrars Association Annual Conference would like to invite you to participate in The 2008 SEER Workshop, sponsored by the National Cancer Institute (NCI). B L Seamon Corporation (BLS), under contract to NCI, is providing administrative and logistical support for the meeting.

REGISTRATION

Please take a few minutes to review the following information and complete the Online Registration Form. ALL registrations must be made ONLINE. The registration deadline is Friday, February 29, 2008. Upon receiving your completed registration form, we will e-mail you confirmation that your registration has been processed.

Workshop registration will be processed as follows:

SEER Central registry staff – Priority Registration
Online registration available starting February 4, 2008
Note: Central registry staff will be given priority until February 11.

Hospital-based registrars working in SEER regions – Remaining Available Seating
Registration available starting February 11, 2008
Note: Any registration submitted by hospital-based registrars before February 11 will NOT be processed!

All other registrars - Remaining Available Seating
Online registration available starting February 18, 2008
Note: Any registration submitted by registrars who do not work in SEER regions before February 18 will NOT be processed!

FEE:

SEER will not charge a fee for the workshop.
