LODGING RESERVATIONS:

Stakeholder Group Representatives who Are Not EMSC Grantees
A guestroom will be reserved in your name at the Hilton Silver Spring, MD, for your arrival on Wednesday, June 20, and departure on Friday, June 22, 2007. BLS will pay the cost of your guestroom for up to 2 nights (unless otherwise authorized). Your reservation must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Please provide your credit card information on the Travel and Hotel Information Form linked to this page. Click here to access the Travel and Hotel Information Form. The Travel and Hotel Information Form must be returned by June 4, 2007.

Stakeholder Group Representatives who Are EMSC Grantees
Please make your lodging arrangements through, and including, the evening of Wednesday, June 20 as an EMSC Grantee. A guestroom will be reserved in your name at the Hilton Silver Spring, MD, for the evening of Thursday, June 21 with a departure on Friday, June 22, 2007. Your reservation for Thursday evening must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Please provide your credit card information on the Hotel Information Form linked to this page. Click here to access the Hotel Information Form. The Hotel Information Form must be returned by June 4, 2007.

Lodging Note

If you are attending the grantee conference and the partnership meeting, you must make your lodging reservation for each meeting separately.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date to avoid a direct credit card charge of 1 night’s lodging. If you cancel your reservation, obtain a cancellation number from the reservationist for your records.

Hotel check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is at 12:00 noon.

Early Departure Fee Notice
You will have the opportunity to verify and amend your departure date at check-in. In the event that you check out prior to your reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $50.00 may be charged to your individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel during or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
